This Privacy Policy describes the information collected by me, Jason Solomon ("The Developer") through my mobile application "GTA-P" (developed only for the iOS Platform) and how I use that information.

Information Collection

When you download and use GTA-P, you are not required to provide any information.

Support Request

We allow users to contact us if they have questions about use of GTA-P. If you submit a support request, I may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request ("Support Information"). I use Support Information only to provide support to you.

Information Collection

When you register with us and use the GTA-P, you generally provide:

• Profile information that you provide for your user profile (first and last name, picture, phone number, Facebook & Twitter Handle). This information allows us to help you or others be "found" on GTA-P)

• Information you provide us when you contact us for help

Information you enter into our system when using the Application, such as contact information

• Remember information so you will not have to re-enter it during your visit or the next time you visit the Service

Information Usage

• Help you efficiently access your information after you sign in

• Provide personalized content and information to you and others, which could include online ads or other forms of marketing

• Monitor metrics such as total number of visitors, traffic, and demographic patterns

Analytics

We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User.

We use Google, Parse, InstaBug & Facebook to provide analytics about GTA-P mobile application. For more information about Google, Parse, Instabug & Facebook privacy practices, please visit https://policies.google.com/privacy, https://parse.com/about/privacy, https://instabug.com/ and https://developers.facebook.com/policy/ respectively. To opt-out of these Analytics tracking used with the GTA-P iOS mobile application please delete GTA-P from your iPhone, iPod & iPad. Data Retention

We will retain User Provided data for as long as you use GTA-P and for a reasonable time thereafter. We will retain Automatically Collected information for up to 24 months and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If you’d like us to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via GTA-P, please contact us at contact@nosajsolomon.com and we will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User Provided Data may be required in order for GTA-P to function properly.

Sharing of Information

We may share information about you as follows or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy:

We share your location with other users when they use our "Featured, Listings, Map, Areas" feature to showcase your advertised property for sale/rent.

With vendors, consultants and other service providers who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf

In response to legal process or a request for information if we believe disclosure is in accordance with any applicable law, rule, or regulation, or as otherwise required by any applicable law, rule or regulation in any demographic

In order to investigate or remedy potential violations of our user agreements or policies, or to protect the rights, property and safety of GTA-P, our users or others

In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company

We may share aggregated or de-identified information, which cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Support Request

We allow users to contact us if they have questions about use of GTA-P. If you submit a support request, I may receive your email address and other information you provide related to your support request ("Support Information"). I use Support Information only to provide support to you.

Terms & Conditions

We may change or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. If we make changes to these Terms & Conditions, we will provide notice of such changes, such as by sending a notification, posting a notice on the Services or updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the Services will confirm your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to frequently review the Terms to ensure you understand the terms and conditions that apply to your use of the Services.

IF YOU (THE USER), DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD, ACCESS OR USE GTA-P.

You can stop all collection of information for GTA-P easily by uninstalling GTA-P on your iPhone/iPod/iPad. You may use the standard uninstall processes. You can also request to opt-out via email, at contact@nosajsolomon.com.

Prohibited Activities

• Compromise the security of the Services

• Send any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, spam, solicitations or promotional materials

• Violate the publicity, privacy or data protection rights of others, including by taking pictures of another individual without receiving that individual's consent

• Impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity

• Reverse engineer any aspect of the Services or do anything that might discover source code or bypass or circumvent measures employed to prevent or limit access to any area, content or code of the Services

• Use or attempt to use another user's account without authorization

• Develop any third-party applications that interact with User Content or the Services without our prior written consent

• Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services, or that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the functioning of the Services in any manner

• Attempt to indicate in any manner that you have a relationship with us or that we have endorsed you or any products or services without our express written consent to do so

You further agree to abide by any third-party terms that apply when posting reviews of GTA-P, including the iTunes App Store Terms of Service. Posting GTA-P usernames in app store reviews is strictly prohibited and may result in the deletion of your GTA-P account.

Account Security

After opening a GTA-P account, you accept all responsibility for any activity that occurs while logged into your account. You are responsible for making sure that you keep your password secure and safe. You agree that you will not share your password with others or do anything that might jeopardize the security of your account.

When you first create a GTA-P account, we may ask for your E-mail Address, Facebook & Twitter login username in order to verify & create your account. Please be aware that we do not collect or have access to your Password for you are just authenticating your account to use with GTA-P.

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. For example, we limit access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve our Application. Please be aware that, although we endeavor provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Children Security

We do not use the GTA-P mobile application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at contact@nosajsolomon.com. We will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.

THE SERVICES AND THE GTA-P CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IN ADDITION, WHILE GTA-P ATTEMPTS TO PROVIDE A GOOD USER EXPERIENCE, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE SECURE OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS FUNCTION WITHOUT DELAYS, DISRUPTIONS OR IMPERFECTIONS.

IF YOU, OR YOUR PARENT/GUARDIAN ON YOUR BEHALF, DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD , ACCESS OR USE GTA-P.
